The Provider must be able to work in a team oriented environment, committed to delivering exceptional patient care, skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, and provide comprehensive care from diagnosis through rehabilitation. Must be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting. They must have the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment and is responsible for providing outstanding patient service. What You Will Do: - Assess and diagnose fractures using clinical evaluation and imaging studies. - Administer non-surgical fracture reductions. - Monitor and manage the healing process, adjusting treatment plans as needed. - Perform joint aspirations to diagnose conditions such as joint effusions or infections. - Administer intra-articular injections for pain relief and inflammation reduction using ultrasound. - Apply casts, splints, or orthopedic bracing to stabilize and immobilize various musculoskeletal conditions. - Ensure proper alignment and immobilization of injured body parts. - Educate patients on cast care and potential complications. - Review and interpret X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and other imaging studies. - Collaborate with radiologists and orthopedic surgeons to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment - Determine whether surgical or non-operative approaches are most appropriate. - Provide patients with detailed information about their orthopedic conditions. - Offer guidance on home exercises, physical therapy, and activity modifications. - Address patient questions and concerns, ensuring they understand their treatment plans. - Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and rehabilitation. - Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. - Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient-centric care, safety, cost, and reliably accurate information.
