An established Orthopedic Practice located in Southern North Carolina is interviewing Physician Assistants for an Orthopedic Trauma position. This PA will join ten practicing orthopedic surgeons in the region's busiest trauma center. Work in a collaborative environment with the opportunity for growth.

Job Details:

  • Responsibilities include admissions, discharges, floor consults, emergency department consults, and OR assistance if needed.
  • Provide timely recommendations on adult and pediatric emergency department consults
  • Facilitating preoperative care for surgical patients
  • Perform bedside procedures such as splinting, casting, reductions, joint aspirations, and other medical conditions
