Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medical histories and physical exams, for orthopedic patients.
Provide consultations, diagnose and treat common orthopedic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Manage follow-up care for post-operative patients, as well as those with chronic orthopedic issues such as arthritis, fractures, and tendon injuries.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays, MRIs, and laboratory tests.
Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and treatment options for orthopedic conditions.
Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
Manage a caseload of 15-20 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
No surgical procedures or inpatient responsibilities; focus solely on outpatient access and improving patient flow.
