We are looking for a qualified Physician Assistant to join our team and work alongside another Physician Assistant in the inpatient setting at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital. The expected shifts for this position are Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. as this is a full-time position.


Job Summary
  • Performing ED and inpatient orthopedic consults.
  • Post-operative patient care for surgery patients.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to perform procedures such as joint injections and aspirations, casting and splinting, reduction of fractures and dislocations.
  • imaging interoperations and the ability to diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and maintain ongoing communications with staff, patients and families.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Experience
- License/Certification/Registration

- Verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills preferred.
