Perm – NP/PA – Oncology/Hematology – Findlay, OH

• Start date 06/03/2025
• Shift details: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 3-5 days per week, no weekends or holidays
• On call, no weekends or holidays
• Patient census: 10-15 clinic patients/day
• Assist with acute needs in infusion clinic. Infusion clinic acute needs coverage on rotating basis
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for Hematology/Oncology patients
• EMR: Cerner (experience preferred)
• Provider must have special interest in Hematology/Oncology and a commitment to continuous education
  
  Job Requirements:
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP/ANCC) or Physician Assistant
• OH license (or willing to obtain)
• Clean malpractice and license
• 2+ years of ambulatory practice or acute care NP/PA work experience
• Hematology/Medical Oncology NP/PA work experience
