Job Description

Last Update: 12/05/24

Cancer specialists at Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute are always evolving. Across our health network, you’ll have access to advanced medical techniques and technologies and the latest clinical trials through our membership in the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Alliance.

The Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center is part of Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute. Programs offered here include clinical trials, a variety of psychosocial supportive care and outreach programs, as well as hospice care. Oncology-related education and training for health care professionals is also provided.

The Cancer Institute values collaboration among our clinicians, including our multidisciplinary care team. The teams include specialties such as surgical oncology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology, all working together to address the complexities that come with a cancer diagnosis. When that diagnosis requires a deeper look, our second opinion service connects our patients with doctors who specialize in personalized cancer care.

In a Surgical Oncology APC career with LVHN, you’ll experience:

  • A multidisciplinary clinic team approach to cancer care.
  • Access to more than 150 clinical trials.
  • We are certified by The American College of Radiology® as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence.
  • Recognized by the American College of Radiology® as an accredited Lung Cancer Screening Center.
