Position Type: 1099/Locum Tenens
Practice Setting: Outpatient/ Hospital
Shift: : M-F, 8am-5pm
On Call Requirement : Rotation 1 in 3 or 4 for 1 week at a time, includes nightly call and weekend call. Primarily critical lab value calls and symptomatic patients needing advice/assistance.
Certification Requirements: Board Certified
State License Requirements: OR License or willing to obtain
Additional Certification Requirement: BLS- Required, ACLS - highly preferred
Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
EMR : Epic/ Beacon
Average Time of Credentialing: 3-4 weeks

Logistics: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate.
