*NP/PA Occupational Medicine opening in Hamlet, North Carolina* - Located in Hamlet, NC - Fayetteville 80m Opportunity Highlights: Full-time; 32 hours per week Day shift; Monday - Friday Seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established occupational medicine service with a strong emphasis on wellness Dependable schedule offers work-life balance, Monday Friday 32 hours per week. Services provided at three local industries in Hamlet, Rockingham, and Troy, NC. Conduct comprehensive health assessments for employees including physical exams, health histories, and screenings. Provide timely and accurate diagnosis, treatment for employees and dependents, and management of work-related injuries and illnesses for employees. Offer guidance and education to employees on injury prevention, health promotion, and wellness strategies. Qualifications: PA Requirements: Graduation from an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and possession of NCCPA certification. NP Requirements: Graduation from a nurse practitioner education program and national certification. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with NC Workers Compensation law and OSHA is a plus. DOT certification and current DEA required. Must possess a clean background and be licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina. Travel to local employer worksites required.
