Compensation – Negotiable

Requirements –

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active VA - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
• DOT Certification - REQUIRED
• CLEAN BACKGROUND and MALPRACTICE ; REQUIRED

Schedule –

• Starting February 7, 2025, with ongoing needs to support two full-time providers
• Monday-Friday 8:00-close (close at 4:30pm but can be delayed by walk in injuries)

Duties

• Reason for Coverage: Cover our two Hampton Roads clinics when providers need time off or while one of our positions is vacant.
• Practice Setting: Occupational Health
• Average Number of Patients per Day: 8-10
• Documentation System/EMR: Systoc
• Number of Exam Rooms: 5
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
• Description of Support Staff: RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, PSRs
