Position Details:

• Patient Population: Occupational Medicine
• Setting: Clinic-based Occupational Health
• Responsibilities: Pre-Employment Physicals, Return-to-Duty Testing, DOT Physicals, and Workers’ Compensation Injury Care
• Required Procedures: Occupational health screenings and evaluations
• EMR System: Systoc
• Support Staff: RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, PSRs
• Days Per Month: Flexible based on need
• On-Call/Weekends: None

Work Environment:

• Practice Setting: Occupational Health Clinic
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to close
• Average Patients Per Day: 8-10
• Number of Exam Rooms: 5
• Physicians in Practice: 1

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active VA License - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
• DOT Certification - REQUIRED
• Willing to cover multiple locations as needed - REQUIRED
• Availability MUST be noted at the time of submission
