Location:705 N Fayette St Fayette, OH

Schedule Details: Monday-Friday; 6:00am - 3:00pm; 1-hour lunch. No weekends or on-call requirements. We are closed for major holidays.

Work Details:

  • Practice Setting: private on-site clinic. The role involves collaborating with other health professionals to deliver insightful, compassionate care that has a positive impact on the well-being of factory employees.
  • EMR/Charting Software: tbd
  • Avg. Daily Census: catering to approximately 340 people
  • Patient Age Group: adult
  • Procedures: Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being. Urgent Care: Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent on-site medical cases, accidents, and injuries. Interdisciplinary Care: Coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care. Prescribing Medications: Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management, educating patients on proper usage. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,

documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines.

Clinic Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks related to patient care.

Health Promotion: Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees.

Employee Relationship Building: Work to establish relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a compassionate healthcare environment.

Requirements:

  • Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
  • State License(s): Ohio license required – must be clean
  • Certifications: BLS and CPR certification preferred
  • DEA Req’d?: yes
