Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We have an exciting new full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with one of our leading healthcare facilities in Odessa, TX. Requirements:

  • DEA and/or DOT Certified
  • Proficiency at Diagnosing Ortho related injuries
  • Proficiency in reading x-rays
  • Proficiency in suturing
  • Proficiency in treating patients with Eye Debris- loose or embedded
  • Licensed by the State of Texas
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlined in the performance standards


Pay and Benefits:
  • Base of $140,000 -$150,000
  • 10.5% annual bonus paid monthly base on KPI’s
  • Schedule: M-F 9A – 6P (no weekends and no on-call)
  • Relocation assistance can be provided
