We are currently looking for a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our private practice in Webster, TX. Full-time or part-time opportunities are available.

  • Scope of Practice: Provide care for new OB visits, including ultrasounds, routine gynecologic care (well-woman and problem visits), and in-office procedures such as Nexplanon insertions, IUD placements, endometrial biopsies, and circumcisions.
  • Schedule: Flexible hours with part-time options available (e.g., Monday-Wednesday 9 AM-2 PM or 8:30 AM-12 PM). Full-time schedule involves 4.5 clinical days per week with no required weekend hours.
  • Patient Demographics: Primarily commercial insurance patients, with a minimal Medicare and Medicaid population.
  • Support Staff: Work alongside a dedicated medical assistant (1:1 ratio), supported by an RN, two additional MAs, and a strong administrative team.
  • Call: Participate in a larger call group with a 1:7 rotation. The practice handles 25-30 deliveries per month, with the physician managing 85% of their own deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Open to candidates at all experience levels; some prior experience preferred.
  • Must demonstrate excellent clinical skills, a commitment to high-quality care, and a willingness to learn in a supportive environment.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • State licensure and board certification are required.
