Neurology Locum job in Toledo, OH

Medical Center is seeking Locum to Perm Critical Care – Neuro coverage starting August 2025 through February/March 2026 (6-month assignment).

• Practice Setting: Hospital-Based
• Dates of Coverage: August 2025 - Feb/March 2026 (6 mos)
• Patient population: Adult: 100%
• Trauma: 40%
• Inpatient: 100%
• Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: avg census in Neuro ICU is 10pts, Neurosurgery consults avg 5/night
• No other Neurologists be Present During Locum's Assignment
• 2 neuro intensivists in group and they will be available by phone at nights
• 3Advanced Practice Providers in Group
• Lab Onsite & Xray on site
• Typical level 1 trauma set up
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic
• Trauma Level/Designation: level 1 trauma, comprehensive stroke

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:90-120 days

Submission Requirements

**!MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS!**

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (PA or CNP licensed in Ohio) - REQUIRED
• Active OH license (willing to accept those who will obtain) - REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
• ENLS - Highly preferred
• Must be comfortable covering a neuro ICU in a level 1 trauma center. Experience working with stroke patients. - REQUIRED
