Facility in Rockford, IL seeking Neurology APP locums coverage

Rates: $170/hr

Position Details

  • Start Date: January 2025

  • Shifts:

    • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

    • One weekend per month

  • Coverage Need:

    • Inpatient neurology support, collaborating with neuro-interventional doctors in a comprehensive stroke program.

    • 14 shifts per month.

  • Call: None.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with neuro-interventional physicians to manage patients in a stroke-focused program.

  • Assist in the care of neurological surgery patients.

  • Rounding on inpatients as needed.

Requirements

  • Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible NP or PA.

  • State Licensure: Active Illinois license required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of inpatient neurology or neurosurgery experience preferred.

  • Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.

  • DEA License: Required.

  • Controlled Substance Registration (CSR): Required.
