We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or experienced Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our busy practice in Haven, FL

Perm Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or experienced Neonatal Physician Assistant

Position Type: 100 Locum Tenens
Specialty: Physician Assistant/Nurse practitioner
Location: Haven, FL
Rate: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).

Position Details:
Patient Population: Neonatal
Setting: Women's Hospital
Responsibilities: unique needs of women and newborns
Required Procedures: to be discussed during interview
EMR System: NA
Support Staff: 2-physician practice, supported by affiliated BayCare practice in Tampa
On-Call/Weekends: Varies based on 16-hour shifts

Submission Requirements:
NNP Candidates:
  • Minimum of a master's degree - REQUIRED
  • Board Certified APRN national specialty certification NNP (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications) - REQUIRED
  • FL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • 2+ years of current work experience as NNP (not including RN or training) - REQUIRED
  • Clean malpractice/licensing history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
PA Candidates:
  • Minimum of a master's degree - REQUIRED
  • Board Certified through NCCPA - REQUIRED
  • FL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • Completion of a Neonatal PA training program - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • 2+ years of current PA work experience (not including training) in Neonatal ICU - REQUIRED
  • Clean malpractice/licensing history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
