Job Details:

• Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule.
• Outpatient Clinic setting seeing patients of all ages for physicals, sick/well visits, immunizations, etc
• Must be proficient with chronic disease management
• 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required
• Must have Texas active license and DEA
