- Full-time Permanent position working Monday-Friday (The schedule will be discussed during the interview)
- 100% outpatient
- The provider will be providing medical care for all ages
- The provider must be able to conduct preventative care, wellness care, vaccines, walk-ins, and medical urgent care
- Joining a strong support staff of Physicians as Advanced Providers
- Must have 2 years of experience as an NP/ PA working within internal medicine, urgent care, or family practice
- The provider must have experience working with Managed Care, Medicare, HMO patients, and HEDIS measures
- FL license must be in hand or in process
