We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a growing primary care practice with a reputable staff! The ideal candidate prioritizes exceptional patient care and will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages. This is a full-time, permanent position.

- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Provide health coaching and education to promote wellness and prevent illness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited organization.
- Previous experience in primary care or internal medicine.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $115,000.00 per year
