Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 3 Intensivists and 2 Critical Care APPs at Bayhealth Hospital – Kent Campus.
  • Work alongside clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds with a shared dedication to the practice of critical care medicine.
  • In Dover, we also have the opportunity to work with residents from many different disciplines as they train in the ICUs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Board Certified/Eligible – Physician Assistant.
  • ICU experience required and competency in ICU procedures.
  • Active PA license or eligible to become licensed in Delaware.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • We offer an array of flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a 317-bed community hospital.
  • Show high levels of competency in ICU procedures while practicing autonomously.
  • Demonstrate care for medical and surgical patients in an ICU with support from a full complement of medical subspecialists.

  • Compensation:
  • Robust total rewards including a salary of $190,000 – $205,000 depending on monthly shift average.
