Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 3 Intensivists and 2 Critical Care APPs at Bayhealth Hospital – Kent Campus.
- Work alongside clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds with a shared dedication to the practice of critical care medicine.
- In Dover, we also have the opportunity to work with residents from many different disciplines as they train in the ICUs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Board Certified/Eligible – Physician Assistant.
- ICU experience required and competency in ICU procedures.
- Active PA license or eligible to become licensed in Delaware.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- We offer an array of flexible scheduling options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a 317-bed community hospital.
- Show high levels of competency in ICU procedures while practicing autonomously.
- Demonstrate care for medical and surgical patients in an ICU with support from a full complement of medical subspecialists.

- Compensation:
- Robust total rewards including a salary of $190,000 – $205,000 depending on monthly shift average.
