Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts between October 15-January 3 at their Corporate Health clinic in Atlanta. Provider will see adults for Primary Care, acute episodic care, chronic condition management, and wellness visits including well woman care. Hours are Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Clinic staff includes RN/Health Center Manager, Nutritionist, Behavioral Health counselor, and a CMA. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment; Phlebotomy and Epic EMR experience is also preferred. Current dates needed are October 15, 18, 24, 28 29, & 30, November 5, 8, 12, 15, 18, 19, & 29, December 19, 20, 23, 26, 27, & 31, and January 3.
