- $135,000 to $190,000 Annual Income
- $110,000 to $130,000 Base Salary, dependent on experience

COMPANY PROFILE:
This multi-site healthcare clinic has been serving its local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care. They currently boast a staff of 8 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members, as well as visiting specialists. Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have easy access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor surgical procedures, and more. They are currently hiring due to the exciting opening of their new mobile unit, allowing them to further expand their reach and provide high-quality primary care services to residents in their rural communities who may struggle accessing in-office healthcare services.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a primary care position in a traveling mobile health unit, seeing patients of all ages (but no newborns or infants), with an emphasis on adult care.
The mobile unit is a brand new, custom built “clinic on wheels” and the organization is very excited to debut it to the community and provide care for even more residents, particularly those in rural areas who may have trouble accessing in-office healthcare. The mobile unit will serve a 25-mile geographic area encompassing the Wickenburg and Congress communities.
The mobile unit has a dedicated driver and is a 40-foot vehicle that runs on solar power. It is equipped with:
- exam room
- telehealth capabilities
- imaging equipment
- and more
The new provider will see an average of 22 patients per day, with administrative time built into the schedule. They will work with a dedicated medical assistant who is present at all times.
All work is within the area of standard primary care appropriate to be provided in a mobile setting:
- annual check-ups
- physicals
- chronic disease management
- sick visits
The practice uses an EHR.
The new provider will play an integral role in the healthcare of the local community and will be able to participate in events such as health fairs, vaccination clinics, booths at community celebrations, etc., which do sometimes happen on weekends. Outside of this, there are no weekend requirements for the role.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 1+ year advanced practice experience
- 1+ year primary care, urgent care, or related experience
- comfort working in an autonomous environment
