Healthcare United is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Federally Qualified Health Care Center with sites operating in Bridgeport, Stamford, Stratford and Milford, CT.

Qualifications:
  • Three years’ experience in the area of Family Medicine.

EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program OR graduate of AMA accredited Physician Assistant program, BA/BS, MS preferred.
