• Shift Time – 7p-7a
• MD/APP: APP/NP/PA
• Hospital Type: Critical Access
• 25 Med/surg beds in Hospital
• ICU Beds: 12 ED Beds and 6 ICU Beds
• Open ICU
• How many shifts a month can they work and when is the soonest they can start. – Must be able to work strictly nights
• Inpatient Volume: 5475
• Avg. Day Census: 15
• Avg. Day Admits: 6.2
• Avg. Night Census: 15
• Avg. Night Admits: 2-3 and will be taken care of by APP
• Cred Timeframe: Still working on the timeline for this. On average 90-120 days
• Looking for clinicians who can work 5+ shifts a month
• Would prefer to have someone who has an active OH license however will consider someone who will obtain one
• Board Cert: BC/BE
