As an advanced practice clinician in the skilled nursing facility setting, you will experience

- Deliver primary care for short-term and long-term patients

- Educate patients and their caregivers, and promote healthy lifestyle changes
- New grads welcome; primary care and post-acute care experience are a plus
- Active and unrestricted Washington NP/PA license and DEA
