We are hiring for a nocturnist position. This nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.​

Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners at Fayette Medical Center

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Physician Assistant
  • Prior hospitalist experience required – Must have at least 1 year of inpatient experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

  • Shifts for the night position are from 7 pm – 7 am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions
  • Cross Coverage Calls
  • Physician Assistant works independently
  • No procedures are required in this role
  • Utilize EPIC as the electronic records system (EMR)
