Position Overview

Schedule

• Shift Hours: 7 PM – 7 AM
• Work Schedule: Monday–Sunday, every other week
• Weekend Requirements: No on-call schedule
• Call Requirements: None

Job Details

• Practice Setting: Inpatient, with responsibilities for admitting and rounding.
• Patient Load: 6–8 patients per shift.
• EMR System: EPIC
• Trauma Level: Level II
• Autonomy: APP will work independently with access to in-house physicians on other campuses and a physician on-call.
• Specialty Back-Up Available: Yes (ER, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Podiatry).
• Patient Demographic: Adult
• Clinical Areas: Medicine

• PA Catheter
• Non-Invasive Vent Management (BiPAP/CPAP)
• PICC Line Placement
• History and Physicals
• ER Admissions
• Areas of Rounding
• House Codes/Rapid Response Team

Credentialing

• Estimated Timeframe: 90 days

Requirements

• Board Certification (AANP): REQUIRED
• Active Ohio License: REQUIRED
• ACLS and BLS Certification: REQUIRED
• Experience: 2+ years highly preferred
