Part-Time NP/PA Post Acute Care Opening in North Carolina Located in Andrews, NC - Knoxville TN 93m, Chattanooga TN 107m Part-time, Employed In this role, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you will provide patient care in skilled nursing facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care coverage in skilled nursing facilities.
- Assess and manage medical conditions, conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and leadership teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Utilize the GehriMed EMR system for streamlined patient documentation and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with clinical guidelines, treatment protocols, and best practices in post-acute care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through CME opportunities. Position Highlights:
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with flexible daytime hours.
- Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $48k to $72k with no cap on productivity income potential. Income includes monthly leadership stipend and expectation of 20 patients per day.
- Uncapped Earnings: Compensation is based on a Fee-for-Service (FFS) model with the potential to earn beyond the base salary through bonuses.

- Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Experience or interest in family, primary, internal, adult, post-acute care, hospice, home health, or hospital medicine.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and provide high-quality patient care.
- Reside within a reasonable daily commute to Andrews and Robbinsville, NC
