TeamHealth is looking for a nurse practitioner (NP) to work Monday through Friday doing primary care rounding in three skilled nursing facilities in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, area.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, long and short term disability, FSA, group term life insurance, Flex Time bank, and employee assistance program.
Estimated compensation range of $117,100 to $138,520 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

TeamHealth is looking for a nurse practitioner (NP) to work Monday through Friday doing primary care rounding in three skilled nursing facilities in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short term and long-term patients
- Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
- Order and interpret lab results
- Prescribe and monitor medications
- Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare practitioners
- Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions
- Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
- Promote healthy lifestyle changes
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a nurse practitioner in a primary care setting required.
- Post-acute care experience a plus, but not required
- Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania NP license required
- Active and unrestricted DEA with prescriptive authority required
