Our hospitalist team at MUSC Health – Orangeburg Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, South Carolina, is a dynamic, supportive group of 14 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers (APPs) committed to delivering exceptional care with a patient-centered focus. Here’s a look at what we offer:

  • Work-life balance with flexible schedules, including day shifts (7 on/7 off, 7 AM – 7 PM) and swing shifts (7 on/7 off, 5 PM – 5 AM).

  • The full-time acute care APP position requires at least six months of hospital medicine experience.
Practice
  • Co-managed ICU—no procedures required.
  • APPs provide comprehensive inpatient care, including rounds, consultations, and the potential to mentor new team members.
  • EPIC EMR for streamlined documentation and patient tracking.
  • Access to 24-hour radiology, lab, anesthesia, orthopedic, vascular, cath lab, and surgical services.
