**PA/NP Hospitalist Opening in Oregon**
-Located in Stayton, OR - 16 miles to Salem and 60 miles to Portland.
-Full-time, permanent position.
**Job Description**
-Group is seeking a Hospitalist PA or NP to join our medical team in Stayton, Oregon.
-This is a salaried position.

-Hospital is one of only three independent, acute-care hospitals in Oregon.
-We serve more than 40,000 patients annually from our 16-acre campus in Stayton, Oregon and in multiple clinics.
-The main campus includes an eight-room, eight-bed Emergency Department, a Surgery Center with five surgical suites, a busy Family Birth Center, a Diagnostic Imaging Department, and a total-joint Orthopedic Group.

**Job Responsibilities**
-Will see 5-10 patients per day.
-Number of admits per shift: 1 to 3.
-EMR is Centriq.
-Scheduled shifts: flexible day schedule of 5-7 on 5-7 off with 14 shifts per month being full time.
-ICU open.
-4 bed ICU.
-Procedures required (if any): None (surgeons/ED physicians perform most procedures).
-Who runs codes: Physician who gets there first, staff until physician arrives. This can be ED Physician or Hospitalist.
-Telemedicine OHSU for ICU support.
**Job Qualifications**
-Graduate of an accredited PA or NP training program and appropriate board certification.
-Minimum of 1-year of Hospitalist experience required.
-Unrestricted Oregon Medical License.
