Join TeamHealth and our growing team in Birmingham, Alabama, as part of our post-acute care team. This opportunity is perfect for a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities with a targeted rounding of 5 days per week.

TeamHealth currently offers post-acute services to 35+ facilities in the state of Alabama.

We ask that you have an active Alabama license and DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.

Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $118,360 to $140,032 with no cap on productivity income potential.
