NP/PA - Post-Acute Care opening in WA
- Location: Spokane, WA
- Full-time position with a unique schedule: one week on, one week off.
- Workweek runs from Wednesday through Tuesday.
- Approximately 8-hour workdays.
- Ability to set a preferred daily start time.
Facility is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our post-acute care team in Spokane, WA. This full-time position offers a unique schedule of one week on, one week off, with flexible daily start times and a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care rounding at a skilled nursing facility.
- Manage patient care, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans during scheduled weeks.
- Perform telephone call duties from 7 AM to 7 PM on days worked, with no requirement to return to the facility.
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Washington.
- Experience in primary care or post-acute care settings is preferred.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must reside within the state of Washington.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $77,000 to $122,000.
