TeamHealth is looking for a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to work Monday through Friday doing primary care rounding in two skilled nursing facilities located in the Moses Lake, Washington, area.
Key Responsibilities:
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $141,000 to $200,000 annually. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, long and short term disability, FSA, group term life insurance, Flex Time bank, and employee assistance program.

Practice Highlights:
TeamHealth is looking for a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to work Monday through Friday doing primary care rounding in two skilled nursing facilities located in the Moses Lake, Washington, area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short term and long-term patients for a manageable patient panel of 15-20 patients per day.
- Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
- Order and interpret lab results
- Prescribe and monitor medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions
- Build relationships with your patients, patients? family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
- Promote healthy lifestyle changes
- 1+ years experience in primary care required
- Post acute care experience a plus, but not required
- Active and unrestricted Washington NP or PA license
- Active and unrestricted DEA
