Join TeamHealth and our growing team in Elizabethton, Tennessee, as part of our post-acute care team. This opportunity is perfect for an internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM) or geriatric trained nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide weekend primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities.

We ask that you have an active Tennessee license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated range of $61,152 to $76,054 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This part-time role is not benefit eligible.
