We're searching for a compassionate and highly skilled Physician Assistant Hospitalist to provide top-tier care to oncology patients during their hospital stay. We are also offering a $20,000 signing bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work at assigned hospital facilities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and work with physicians to create evidence-based care plans for oncological patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalized care.
- Administer specialized treatments and interventions under physician supervision.
- Provide education and emotional support for patients and their families.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and collaborative research projects.
- Serve as the practice leader in assigned areas, communicating with hospitalists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.
- Develop strong relationships with hospitalists and other specialists.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree as a Physician Assistant from an accredited program. (Required)
- State licensure as a Physician Assistant. (Required)
- 2 years of clinical experience in oncology. (Preferred)
