Seeking an NP/PA to work Monday through Friday doing primary care rounding in three skilled nursing facilities located in the Moses Lake, Washington, area._x000D_

* Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short term and long-term patients_x000D_
* Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care_x000D_
* Order and interpret lab results_x000D_
* Prescribe and monitor medications_x000D_
* Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare practitioners_x000D_
* Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions_x000D_
* Build relationships with your patients, patients family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery_x000D_
* Promote healthy lifestyle changes_x000D_

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $105,000 to $167,000 annually. This full-time role is benefit eligible. The town of Moses Lake lies on the shores of its namesake in beautiful eastern Washington.
