- This hospitalist nurse practitioner position will have expertise and experience in acute and chronic management of senior patients. _x000D_
- The position will require travel between multiple residential and long term care facilities. _x000D_
- This position is a hybrid of acute and chronic care management wherein the NP will develop his/her own practice._x000D_
- The nurse practitioner is an independently licensed profession, functioning within the scope of his/her license, and in accordance with MCH policies and procedures. _x000D_

- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, must have successfully completed an approved nurse practitioner program._x000D_
- Must have a current license to practice as an ARNP in the State of New Hampshire, must have a current DEA number, and must be insurable through system's professional liability insurance coverage._x000D_
- Experience: Prefer 3 years in clinical or practice setting. _x000D_
