-Group is seeking a Hospitalist PA or NP to join our medical team in Stayton, Oregon. _x000D_
-This is a salaried position. _x000D_

**Job Responsibilities**_x000D_
-Will see 5-10 patients per day._x000D_
-Number of admits per shift: 1 to 3._x000D_
-EMR is Centriq._x000D_
-Scheduled shifts: flexible day schedule of 5-7 on 5-7 off with 14 shifts per month being full time._x000D_
-ICU open._x000D_
-4 bed ICU._x000D_
-Procedures required (if any): None (surgeons/ED physicians perform most procedures)._x000D_
-Who runs codes: Physician who gets there first, staff until physician arrives. This can be ED Physician or Hospitalist._x000D_
-Telemedicine OHSU for ICU support._x000D_

**Job Qualifications**_x000D_
-Graduate of an accredited PA or NP training program and appropriate board certification._x000D_
-Minimum of 1-year of Hospitalist experience required._x000D_
-Unrestricted Oregon Medical License._x000D_
