Jeanes Hospital is actively seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our hospitalist team. This position offers a flexible schedule that includes both day and night shifts, ideal for PAs eager to enhance their expertise in hospital medicine. We provide comprehensive training for those new to the hospitalist specialty, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration into our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed History and Physical examinations in partnership with attending physicians.
- Manage the continuous care of assigned inpatients, overseeing admissions, treatments, and discharges.
- Administer medications and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Position Requirements:
- Valid PA license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Open to both experienced PAs and new graduates looking to specialize in hospitalist medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to enhancing patient care.

Schedule:
- Flexible mixed shifts, incorporating both day and night coverage.
