NP/PA Assisted Living Opening in Southern Pines, North Carolina
Located in Pinehurst, NC - Fayetteville 40m
Full-Time; 40 hrs/wk
Shift: Day Shift; Mon-Fri 8A-5P
Opportunity Highlights:
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide services in collaboration with a skilled nursing facility in Moore County, North Carolina.
Function autonomously in a post-acute care/skilled nursing setting.
Manage chronically ill senior patients in one facility.
Treat and manage minor acute visits and oversee care transitions.
Assist with admissions, rounding on patients, and completing discharges.
Desirable Monday through Friday schedule. No call responsibilities.

Qualifications:
PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.
NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification.
At least 5 years of autonomous NP/PA experience required, preferably with SNF/LTAC patients.
Must have clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and AHA ACLS certification.
