**NP/PA Palliative Care Opening in Pinehurst, North Carolina** - Located in Pinehurst, NC - Fayetteville 40m - Full Time: 40 hrs/wk - Shift: Day Shift; 8A - 5P **Opportunity Highlights:** - Seeking an experienced NP/PA Palliative Care - 100% Inpatient - The inpatient Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will treat patients across multiple units at the Hospital. - The care team includes six Palliative Care APPs and two dedicated social workers. - Multi-disciplinary approach to care; collaborate with Hospitalists, specialists, nurses, discharge planners and others. - Dependable schedule offers work-life balance Monday through Friday, 8A-5P, no call. - Attractive compensation and benefits package: - Base salary plus potential for productivity bonus - 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) - Annual Time Off - Comprehensive health, life, and disability benefits - 2 retirement savings plans 401a, 403b with match - Relocation allowance - CME allowance plus license and DEA reimbursement - Center for Wellbeing resources - Paid malpractice with tail coverage - Paid Parental Leave - Free fitness center membership **Qualifications:** - NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification. - PA must be a graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification. - Minimum 2 years of advanced practice experience required. NPs function autonomously across all units.
