Mercy Medical Group is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our expanding Palliative Medicine Team at our Citrus Heights, CA location. This opportunity offers an Inpatient and/or an Outpatient component.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
  • Diagnostic Procedures: Order and interpret tests; collaborate with specialists for further evaluation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.

Qualifications
  • A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
  • Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
  • Completion of state mandated educational courses


Pay Range
$64.43 - $85.06 /hour
