**NP/PA Assisted Living Opening in Southern Pines, North Carolina**
- Located in Pinehurst, NC - Fayetteville 40m
- Full-Time; 40 hrs/wk
- Shift: Day Shift; Mon-Fri 8A-5P
**Opportunity Highlights:**
- Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide services in collaboration with a skilled nursing facility in Moore County, North Carolina.
- Function autonomously in a post-acute care/skilled nursing setting.
- Manage chronically ill senior patients in one facility.
- Treat and manage minor acute visits and oversee care transitions.
- Assist with admissions, rounding on patients, and completing discharges.
- Desirable Monday through Friday schedule. No call responsibilities.

**Qualifications:**
- PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.
- NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification.
- At least 5 years of autonomous NP/PA experience required, preferably with SNF/LTAC patients.
- Must have clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and AHA ACLS certification.
