TeamHealth is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to join our team, providing palliative services in skilled nursing facilities located in the Tacoma, Washington, area. As an advanced practice provider (APP) you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients. Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in a palliative care or hospice role
  • Post-acute care experience a plus but not required
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements
  • Active and unrestricted nurse practitioner license in the state of Washington
  • Active and unrestricted DEA for the state of Washington

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $138,000 to $163,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, disability, FSA, and more.
