Greetings! A Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant with Palliative medicine experience is needed to join an established healthcare Group near Virginia Beach, VA. If you are interested, please refer to Job ID#72533:
- Full-time Permanent Position
- Monday - Friday Schedule (8:30 A.M - 5:00 P.M)
- The provider will be conducting consultations, symptom management, treatment planning, follow-up visits, and discharge planning for patients who are hospitalized with acute needs for palliative care
- 1+ years of experience in Palliative Medicine or a related setting is required
- Virginia License in Hand or in the process are welcome to apply
