NP Palliative Care Opportunity Findlay, OH Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care needs in accordance with palliative care mission
  • First shift, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, 5-6 patients/day
  • No weekends, holidays or call
  • Join full support staff
  • Hospitalist group admits all patients
