We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in Oncology to provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced oncology care, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up in outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in inpatient call rotations, addressing patient needs and supporting the oncology team.
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care.
  • Assist in managing symptoms and side effects related to cancer treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.

Qualifications:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in California.
  • Certification in Oncology Nursing (preferred).
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
