Job Responsibilities
On call 10 days per month
Outpatient Practice Setting
50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
25% Hematology, 75% Oncology
2 Physicians in Practice
15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)
EMR - EPIC
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
1 year clinical experience as NP/PA in Hem/Onc is REQUIRED
Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.
Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
Qualifications
OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal (note experience in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes (note experience in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
At least 1 year of Hem/Onc NP clinical employment experience - REQUIRED
Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
