Job Responsibilities

**Responsibilities:**

- Patient assessments, treatment planning, and chemotherapy administration.

- Patient education on treatment options and disease management.

- Collaborate with Medical Oncologists for patient care and consultation.

- Ensure compliance with treatment protocols and patient safety measures.

Qualifications

- BLS
- Corvid Vaccination/Exception form

Working Hours

**Schedule:**

- Monday through Friday, providing inpatient and outpatient hospital coverage.

- Flexible schedule options: 4 x 10-hour days or 5 x 8-hour days.

- Night and weekend call rotations as needed.

Skills

Manage up to 12 patients per day in outpatient settings, including:

- Survivorship visits

- Advance care planning (ACP)

- Chemo start visits

- Benign hematology consults

- Pre-chemotherapy follow-up visits
